Keith Hunt update-最近のキース・ハント

ロイヤルフリー病院の元上司、キースハントはいつも、I am a country boy, not a city boy
自分は山とか海がすきで、都会向きではないんだよ～とよくいわれます。
日課は週末はノーフォークのお家の近くの海を楽しみ、ロンドン近郊の家に戻ると庭を愛でます、愛犬マークはキースの大事なバデイです。

英国では６月はバラのシーズンに入り、自分の家の庭でもバラさいたよーと写真と画像を送ってくださいました。バラが咲いた感動を私にもつたえてくれたのかと思ってます。英国ではロックダウンの緩和がすすみ、ギャラリーやシアターも徐々に再オープンしたようです。キースハントは、嬉々としてV＆Aや、テート、ミュージカルや演劇も好きなので、劇場通いもしてるよーと近況を教えてくださいました。キースが元気ということは、私もうれしい。

春にキースが大好きな柴犬のエコバックを送りました。えらい喜んでくれて、彼が出歩くときはお供をしてるようです。あるロンドンのギャラリーにいったとき、知らない人が彼のエコバッグをみて、すかさずよってきたそうです。そして、カバンにお辞儀をして、おー柴犬、アイ・ラブ・ジャパンー本人えらいうけてました。

実はミスターパートナーで書いた記事の英文のタイトルを考えてくれたのは、キースハントでした、The treat, not the treatment、忠実に訳すと、病棟での治療でない、患者さんの特別な楽しみなのに、記事の日本語のタイトルは、ロイヤルフリー病院のセラピストたちでした。意味がつながらない訳ですが、読者の視点でみると、これはアリなんだそうです。

Mr. Keith hunt whose is my ex-boss at the royal free hospital frequently said that I am a country boy, not a city boy. As a part of his routine, he visit a house in Norfolk with his wife every weekend. . The house is located near the sea and Mark, his dog  is always accompanied with him. He also loves his beautiful garden which filled with serenity and the beauty of nature. 

In June, Roses are blooming in the UK and Keith sent me a video and photo of his garden, because the roses which he grew is stunning. and I feel he wanted to share a feeling with me. As soon as the lockdown measures were alleviating in the middle of May, galleries and theatres were slowly resuming to reopen to the public. Keith looked happy to go to V & A or Tate or other venues. if he lives happily, I am also happy too.

The eco bag which features Shiba ken seemed to grab a Keith's hearts. because, he always brings the bag whenever he goes out. One day, when he visited a gallery in London, an unknown lady  came up to him  and started to bowing being a Japanese towards the bag.  She then said, "OH Shiba-ken
I love Japan!" Keith keep on laughing out loud.

I wrote an article of royal free hospital experiences in a magazine of Mr, partner.
The treat, not the treatment which is an English title of my article was given by Keith. He is also delighted about my article and he gave me that idea. Regarding a Japanese translation is that this is a special thing to create happiness for patients, but editor changed completely about a title in Japanese : therapists working at the royal free. I was surprised to see that, but it was relatively OK through readers points of view even though I am still resisting. .
